restraining order

Under what circumstances can a wife obtain a restraining against her hubby. daughter has been told she cannot get one, even tho her hubby is a drug addict and taking every thing that she owns and selling it for drugs. His name is on nothing. he's taken her vehicles registered in her name and titles in her name. bank accounts in her name only have been emptied by him. what can she do? her divorce won't be final til march 3rd.

Re: restraining order

She can get a restraining order as part of the divorce action pursuant to Civ. Rule 75.
