Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I have been separated for 4 years from my husband. We do not live in the same state. We have no minor children or property. The problem is he never stays in one place more than 2 months. He moves back and forth between 3 different states never staying long enough to establish residency. I am unsure of his current address. Can I still get a divorce? I want to move on with my life.

Yes you can. You would file for divorce in the county where you have lived for at least six months prior to filing. Include your husband's last known address on the complaint. If he does not respond, there will be a public notice of your divorce. It will happen, but will take a little longer than usual. I would be happy to help. Good luck.
