Re: seperation

A legal seperation is an action that you can file in court wherein you are still married, but the assets are divided and sousal support may be awarded as well as child support. A seperation is merely living apart wherein the court makes no orders and is only by and between the parties. It would be a good idea to consult an attorney when deciding what type of action to file.
