Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
We want to do a simple disolve of marriage form. We went went to the clerk of courts and they said if we don't fill it out correctly they will keep our filing fee and we had to fill out the forms again and pay the fee again of $150. Is there a lawyer who can just look over our forms for a low price so we know the forms will be accepted? Like many couples the marriage is over due to the lack of funds to live.
