Spousal support+disabilty and wifes portion of income tax

if a man remarries has been ordered to pay child support, but the second wife is disabled, is the second wife entitled to spousal support which would reduce the child support amount?

what does one have to do to apply for a spouses portion of mates income tax?

In order to attach an income tax refund, you need to contact the CSEA for the county in which you live. They will have the forms to attach the tax refund.
