Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hi. My wife and me got married in the US as tourists in the Florida. We are not residents or citizens of the US we were just tourists. After that i stayed to study in the US and she went home. I haven't saw her for 2 years and I would like to get divorced. We don't have kids, property or anything together. What is the procedure?

So long as you've resided in the same county in Ohio for 6 months you can get a divorce. The fact she lives overseas just makes the issue of serving them take a little longer. Our firm handles immigration and divorces so we can assist you.
