Legal Question in Medical Leave in Ohio

FMLA. Osha standards, Harassment

I used 3hrs fmla at work, got wrote up, also a big problem with harassment. have gone to hr, nothing has been done, Have gone as far as tell hr, that i feel threatened and i feel i am being put into a hostile environment

Sometimes your best course is to go sit down with an experienced labor attorney to discuss how to handle your situation.
