wrongful discharge from job

I had late call-offs at work due to my conditions which are covered by FML. I received disciplinary action for the incidents. Long story short, I was fired 2/16/09. Was my employer allowed to do this?

There have been changes in FMLA which have given employers more leeway. You will have to file a declaratory.
