Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

amount of time to ask for a court ordered payment to be fulfilled

OnAugust 20,1996, my seperation agreement was filed in the clerk of courts and it stated: Husband agrees to pay the attorney fees and court costsin preperation for this agreement and presentation thereof. Wife agrees to pay husband one-half of the costs incurred for the above purchases. Can i still attempt through the courts to obtain these monies from my wife? Because all attempts to obtain this money from her has failed.

Thank you

Based solely on what you said the preliminary answer would be yes, but one must consult the separation agreement before certifying the agreement and executing on the agreement.
