Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Co-signing

I co-signed for a car for my fiance. Two months later I called off the wedding due to his infidelity. Now he is using the car against me and threatening to not pay for it and refuses to get the car into his own name or find someone else to co-sign. If I was to take the car over I would loose a lot of money due to the fact that he built the debt of two other cars into this car payment. I don't feel I should suffer for his screw up and should not have to deal with his threats. Isn't there anything I can do?

Re: Co-signing

You are stuck on that loan until it's paid off regardless of whether it is not in your name - sorry. Lesson learned?
