Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

filed in small claims, amount requested is now over 3K. How do I file in general court now?

Generally, a case is transferred out of small claims court if it gets too big (over $3000). You don't file a new case, the court just moves the existing one to the regular docket. You can ask the staff at small claims court how that happens.
