Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

do I have grounds to file a harrassment charge?
I have a neighbor,that has turned me in for small picky problems.I have not spoken to her in years,yet she relays messages to my nieghbor about several things that she nit picks about,,,my dogs,the way I keep my yard things I put in my yard and other pety things.We keep to ourselves and dont bother her.Although it has gotten to the point that I dont go in my yard or keep my curtains open because she is always watching us.

Not under these facts...She has the right to complain. She does not have the right to trespass or lie.
