Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

Ohio Service by mail

Service by mail from Ohio civil matter. We are a closed Wisconsin corporation. Service by mail was to the correct address but not correct business name. An employee, not an officer signed for the certified mail. We did not receive it right away as it went into our general mail. Can this service be contested? It certainly was not proper service.
