statute of limitations on medical bills

I am being taken to court for a medical bill that is six years old,It was never filed to my three insurances. I was in a near death car accident in 1995. This is the bill $262.00 I have ask for details to see if it had been filed,it has not with my Blue Cross or Medicare or auto insurance.I had over one million dollars in medical that insurance took care of now this. Is there a statute of limitations on this. I'm gong to court. Please help. What greed the Drs. have!

There is a statute of limitations, but it is 14 years for a contract. So sorry for the bad news.
