Physicians refusing to treat AIDS patients

Should a physician who refuses to treat an AIDS patient be suspended from an organization's medical staff?

Why or why not?

This could be a violation of the Hippocratic oath, depending on the specific circumstances. Will also have to check the bylaws of the organizaton or facility.
