Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio
We have a foreign student living in our home. The student is my husband's niece. Now I don't want her to stay in my house anymore. Is there any legal process I can follow to have her moving out. She's 13.

You don't say whether there is a formal arrangement between your household and her family. The safest path is to return her to her parents.
