After marriage to a permanent resident (green card holder) wife, you will have to depart the United States and go back to your home country UNLESS you can change your non-immigrant visa (B2) to some other long-term non-immigrant visa.

If you seek admission to a college as a Foreign student, you can apply for a Student visa abroad.

When your wife files a petition for you, it currently takes a few years for your priority date to become current. When will she become eligible to apply for US citizenship?
