Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Life Insurance on Ex-Wife
My husband's ex-wife is a drunk. He and she still have 2 mortgages together, one of which she takes care of. I doubt she'll live to pay hers off, can we get life insurance on her in case she dies so that the mortgage will be paid off?
