Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Ohio

US Title 18 Part I Chapter 110 Sec. 2257 Violation
Last fall I posed for an adult video for a photographer. There were no written
agreements only verbal. After some disputes I asked him to stop selling the
video which he did on one site but put it up on another. After months of
asking him to take it off nothing has happened. He does not have any model
release form or age documentation from me. What are my options for getting
this taken off? I do not want any of my friends/family to know so I do not
want to go to court or anything.

Get an attorney to write him a Cease and Desist letter..and threaten him with a potential lawsuit...that should do it.
