Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Ohio

injuring cat

my son injured cat with a bow and arrow,,,he is 17 .never been in trouble...it is a first degree misdemeanor..what will his punishment be?

I would say some type of probation. Now that is ONLY AN EDUCATED GUESS, because I am basing it on only two facts 1) he is 17yrs. old 2) He's never been in trouble before.
