Audio & Video in workplace
Our company has been taping incoming calls for some time now. Is it legal to tape phone calls without notifying the caller?
More recent, they have installed video survellience with audio and are taping our every conversation. Is this legal?

If the company informs the employees of this policy and employees consent then as to the employees it is legal. However, I believe the caller has been violated.
