My employer let me go because i could not afford to get a physical to work in her in home childcare. She let me go two weeks ago and I was suppose to be paid my last check april,30, 2010 i have called and texted her and each time she has made an excuse what can I do to get her to pay me?

Your employer must pay you at the regular interval. Call the state department of labor and see if they will light a fire under her.
