Employer duty
Husband and I work at same company. He had a relationship with a subordinate. She is still working under him and higher ups know the situation. I am not mentally handling this, and feel they should not be working together still. Is company in the wrong not separating them?

There is a thin line between consenting adults and hostile work environment but i believe they have crossed the line because of the adverse effect on you and the potential behavior that may ensue if they are not separated.
