Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

how do i file a wrongful termination suit pro se. I requested to leave early and was terminated for it. Since I've been with the company, I've never called off, left early, or came in late. We've had employees take consumers to a bar and not get terminated.

The first step is filing for unemployment. Use that process to get everything on the record. If you win, you should also have a wrongful termination claim that a lawyer would want.
