Lock/Out Procedure
Working for a company that requires several locks to be placed on equipment when working on it. They have an extensive list for various prcedures. My question is, if I should forget to hang a safety lock on lets say just (One Piece) of equipment, can that same company punish me with discharge or five days suspension for the first offense??

Yes. The safety protocol is linked to insurance and liability.
