lose of job
I have just lost my job do to closing. They only gave us a 2 week notice and some are already gone. I will be gone by tues of next week. Is this short notice of a closing legal? Thank-you

If you are 40 or over No. The law has special protections for the elderly; however is the company going into Bankruptcy is all together another issue.
