I am an independent contract courier the company I work for will not give us a rate chart and keeps cutting the rates at their will without giving us notice of the cuts They also have made cuts retoactive

If a contract is unilaterally altered without consideration there is a breach. You may file a case in court for the difference. call or e mail today for a free consultation.
