Payroll Hours Changed/Reduced

My employer is editing my hours down from the actual hours i worked this past week. I am a full time employee and it would take me down from 38.5 hours to possible 32. Is this legal and if not what can i do about it???

Editing is a form of theft. You need to file anaction for coversion or seek a criminal remedy. Your case would mean immeduate termination if you edited. Call today for a free consultation.
