shift release
i would like to know if after my 8 hr shift i may leave when the other supervisors in the building is releasing their people. our supervisor will not release us. there are 7 sup. in our building and 5 will release, then someone will say they need help and we have to help them. it is always our group. we ask our area manager and he says the same thing all the time i will address it. never does and the same thing happens. this is an ongoing thing that has been happening since october '06

The immediate supervisor should correllate with other supervisors.
