Taking a Break
I work a part time second job for a four hour shift. We have now been informed that we are no longer entitled to a fifteen minute break and will only be relieved to use the restroom and return immediately to our desk. I would like to know if this action is lawful. Thank you.

In Ohio, yes, it is legal (assuming you are not a minor).
