Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

I was transfered to another city. My employer paid for the transfer and then changed my job, title, duties, and pay. If I quit for another job, do I have to pay back the relocation monies?

Not unless you agreed to do so. Did you sign anything that allowed your employer to recover relocation expenses if you were to resign within some stated period? This is the ultimate question.
