unemployment
Can you be denied unemployment because you was on medical leave 8 weeks then physical therapy three days a week for 6 weeks during last 12 months.This all with previos employer 7 months ago. Current employer fired me after taking 2 days off with doctors excuse.Now denied unemployment because of surgery that forced me off work last year.
