work accident/got fired
i fell off of 13' trailer at work at new job back still in alot of pain got fired two weeks after accident they said due to 2 seatbelt violations in 90 day probation period i'm a truck driver don't believe sb tickets is why they fired me i think it was cause im still in pain & they think i might try to sue or something for them not properly training me how to unload this type of product that was on the trailer what can i do if anything?

file a workers comp claim; Put them on notice of claim to sue for wrongful discharge.
