Boyfriend and Girlfriend Debate over rental residence

My live in boyfriend is refusing to leave my apartment, which my name is the only one on the lease. He said he has ''squatters rights''. He has lived there off and on for the last two years. I pay the rent and bills. He pays for groceries.

You need to request an order of protection. Since his name is not on the lease he has no rights to be in the apartment. I can help you with the order of protection.
