Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
Dear Sir
We had opened a joint venture company ( Between India and US ) registered at a address of Mason. That property is owned by our Vice President and he lives their too. I am the President and living in India , now wants to apply for L1 visa so for USCIS I want to confirm about local laws that whether Mason ( OHIO ) city allows another person to share home office while not residing their legally ?
Please guide me , what the law says in my case ?
