If a landlord files chapter 7 and the tenants are named with the creditors who does the monthly rent go to?

The rent is still due. You may be required to give it to the Court. If you know the Court where the Chapter 7 is filed,call them and get the name and address of the Trustee. Consult with him. If you can't get an answer, pay the landlord and keep the receipts. Until someone tells you different, he is the person to pay
