I live in an apartment in Reynoldsburg Oh I siged a 12 month lease and have been here for 5 months. My husband just got transffered 3 hours away to Toledo Oh for work, can I legally break my lease without any penaltys or fines or getting sued?

There is no law in Ohio that allows you out of a lease agreement because of job relocation. However, there are a lot of ways you can get out of a lease agreement. ohiolandlordtenant.com has an ebook on doing just this.
