Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I recently found out that there are child moelesters living in my apartment complex, and that they are having problems with a peeping tom that have recently broke into a 3 year old little girls room. I have two small children and no longer feel safe living in this area. I was wondering if it was possible to break my lease?
