Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
I recently moved into an apartment seven days ago and i discovered the building is roach infested. Can i move out and break the lease and recieve my security deposit back since its within thirty days?

You must put your rent in escrow in the court of your city....there is a legal process that you must follow....if it's Cleveland, go to the Justice Center, 13th floor to get help...if it's another city, contact me directly...216.952.1990
