Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio
A off ride motorcycle hit and damaged my car after numerous complaints were made to the property owner that this behaver was getting out of control by otehr tenants. Can he be held liable as well as the person who hit my car ?

He could be but it depends on the circumstances. I think that you should definitely sue the owner of the motorcycle for your damages. How long has this been going on? How many other people complained?
