Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

My ex roommate gave a random guy her keys to move into my apartment. He's been there about a week and refuses to leave, is there a way I can have him removed?

Ih he has only been there a week and is not pay rent then the law ohio would still like we consider him to be a guest with no rights as a tenant. That means you could get your landlord permission to change the locks. Otherwise you have to go to the statutory eviction process.
