Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

I was admitted to a hospital in Feb 2009 for high blood pressure and chest pains. Many tests were run including a chemically induced stress test. They said the test was fine. I thought this test showed the flow of blood from the artiries to the heart. One year later, Feb 2010, I had a heart attack and had to have a quad by pass done. My artiries were 90 to 95% blocked. This did not happen in one year, so why did'nt the original test in 2009 show this. I could have died. Is that medical negligence?
