Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

Researching Past Malpractice Cases

I am interested in researching past malpractice cases in order to better determine my future course of action. I had a corrective orthopedic surgery in high school, and recently found out that the procedure did not correct the condition. QUESTION: 1.How do I find out if others have had success with this type of malpractice case? 2.Are there any limitations to bringing action?

These questions are in an effort to avoid wasting the time of an attorney and myself. Thank you,
