Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

My wife is in the process of having several thousand dollars of dental work redone. Her current dentist has documented proof that the work done by her previous dentist was not up to Dental Board standards and was done poorly causing additional infections etc. We have already consulted with several malpractice lawyers and told we have no recourse because it is such a small amount of money (relitively speaking) She told her mom who told one of her firends. Both of them were checked out by other dentists were also shown to have poor dental work. Since it doesn't look like we will ever get compensated for this dentist's poor work what are our options for at least getting the word out to his patients that they should have another dentist check them out.
