Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Should I get an attorney?

I was in a car accident just this month and the other party was cited. The other party is now fighting the ticket and I am being called by the prosecutor. Will I need my own attorney if they take the ticket to court?

Re: Should I get an attorney?

You should not need an attorney if you are only a witness for the City. If you or anyone in you car were injured, you should talk to an attorney before you testify. An attorney retained to represent you on your damage claim will want to advise you on what would be appropriate to say as a witness. There usually is no extra charge for that help.

I have been helping seriously injured people and those wrongfully accused of crimes for over 30 years. I will happy to provide more information if you want to cal. No charge or obligation for the confidential tel conference!

Good Luck
