The neuropsychological exam I took said I had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome along with PTBrain injury, Post Concussion and post migrane syndrome. The accident was almost 3 yrs ago and we just now found out that the table broke my neck when it hit me. My attorney said brain dmg like mine can go from $100,000 to over a million. He never mentioned my broken neck or the Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I asked but could not get all the info I was curious about. I read that broken necks are pretty serious when dealing with a PI case, so is nerve dmg.
Is he only going to sue for my brain dmg? Or is this just another part? I said I would be happy with 1/2 Million due to I will be on meds for the rest of my life, not able to work full time, and no kids. Am I being too greedy? Or am I expecting too much?
