Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Auto Accident
I was in an accident.The other person was at fault.My daughter was 8 mo.pregnant.She was in the hospital 1 day.I was in the hospital for two days for observation due to chest pain.I also have MS and stress causes my MS symtoms to be worse.I've been treated for depression but it had been under control but because of everthing about the accident I had to have my medication increased and begin seeing my MS group psychiologist on an individual basis. My doctor wrote a letter to my lawyer saying my MS and treatment hasn't changed even though it has.So the lawyer said I didn't have a case.Now I feel like my relationship with my doctors has been ruined.And because I went to a lawyer and didn't tale the insurance co. offer, I'm not sure that now I can even get my hospital bills paid let alone any kind of settlement.I don't know what to do now.
