Tooth has cracked and inside half fell out withing days.

Just has x-rays taken previous month for dental work. Nothing wrong with tooth.

Dippin Dots notified but received not responsed since first contacts.

Now what?

Re: Broken Tooth from eating Dippin' Dots Ice Cream of the Future.

What type of response did you receive when you notified the ice cream company? You have two years to bring a legal action for a personal injury, however you should not wait until the last minute. You may want to consider having an attorney contact the ice cream company; he or she may receive a quicker response. If a settlement offer is not made which you are will to accept, then a lawsuit will need to be filed. In the mean time, you should obtain copies of you medical bills, x-rays, both before and after the incident, and a letter from your dentist regarding the injury, the cause of the injury, and treatment you have received. I see that you are from Dublin, Ohio. I am located in Cleveland, however my office does take cases in your area. I would be happy to discuss this matter with you free of charge. If I can be of service, please contact me at 216.241.2500 or via email.
