Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Is my employer responsible

I had an asthma attack at work because I was ill. My manager was aware that I was sick and did not make arrangement for me to leave work. An employee asked him to help me and he ignored them because it was brought to his attention my tables were about to leave. After a half an hour he finally called my husband and gave him no urgency. By the time my husband had arrive an hour had passed and I had to be brought to the hospital because the closest doctor could not treat me once I had arrived. When I returned to get information from my employer he let me know that he did not help me because he was afraid my tables would leave and because of what I did, having the attack, he had to buy their dinners. If he had called my husband earlier I could have treated the attack at home or the doctor could have treated me. I have had more trouble with my asthma than normal since then and I have been put on more medication as a result. Is he responsible for waiting so long?
