Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I fell 9 months ago down a flight of stairs that her insurance company said looked like a ride at a park. He said to send him all my bills (Nationwide). I have have my shoulder reconstruted and repaired my rotor cuff. my neck is all messed up and I broke my foot I was told at one point i was at max. medical which i have no clue what that means but because of that i had to wait till all my dr 's released me which the have. I quess the question is what should i expect from the insurance company I am lost never been in this situation and sont want to make the wronge choices

Given the context of your question, I believe "max medical" means you have reached the maximum amount of insurance coverage for medical expenses under your landlord's policy. That does not mean the landlord owes you no more money, it just means that a different coverage under the insurance policy, such as liability coverage, would need to come into play. If your landlord was negligent, you could be entitled to other compensation such as additional medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, future medical expenses if required, and other items. You should consult with an attorney as to your rights in this matter. Speaking with counsel does not mean that you have to file suit, but it could help you in your negotiations with the Nationwide claims adjuster.
